The Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties with regard to such information, software, products, services and description, including, without limitation, all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. The Company and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors make no warranty that (a) the service will meet your requirements or the description will be viewable to you; (b) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free or that errors will be corrected; or (c) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Application shall be settled amicably. Failing such an amicable settlement, all disputes shall be finally settled by the courts of Dubai-UAE.
No part of these Terms may be copied, duplicated, retransmitted, reposted, in whole or in part, or otherwise used without the express written approval of the Company.
